TO ALL STUDENTS OF PASS DRIVERS ED: THE FOLLOWING IS TO INFORM YOU OF OUR POLICIES AND WHAT YOU MAY OR MAY NOT EXPECT FROM OUR STATE CERTIFIED DRIVER EDUCATION  COURSE.


NOTICES TO THE STUDENT


You cannot take this course unless you are 15 years old.


Students seeking Indiana driving privileges must be enrolled at a driver training school licensed by the Indiana Bureau of Motor Vehicles and must be at least 15 years of age to earn credit for completing online driver training.


You cannot obtain a Probationary driver's license unless you have a held a valid Learner Permit for at least 180 days, and are at least 16 years and 90 days old (with driver education completed) or 16 years and 270 days old (without completing driver education).


There is no guarantee of insurance reduction.


There is no guarantee of obtaining a State Probationary or Operator's License.


TERMS OF AGREEMENT


Pass Drivers Ed, hereinafter referred to as "The Driving School" agrees to provide applicant, hereinafter referred to as "Student", with 30 hours of online classroom instruction.


TUITION


The tuition for said instruction is $80  


DISMISSAL POLICY


Should it be determined that anyone other than the student has completed any portion of the course, the student will not be allowed to move forward with their course, a certificate of completion will not be issued, and no refund will be given. 


REFUND POLICY


The Driving School will not refund any payment or tuition (or part of payment or tuition if The Driving School is ready, willing, and able to fulfill its part of this agreement.


LENGTH OF TRAINING


The Student is required to complete all available training within 90 days of the date of the signing of this agreement. No refunds will be issued for students who do not complete their course within the required amount of time.


DRIVERS LICENSE NOT GUARANTEED


The Driving School does not guarantee the issuance of a driver's license to the student.


CANCELLATION OF AGREEMENT


The Driving School reserves the right to cancel this agreement at any time, should the Student's conduct indicate a lack of responsibility deemed necessary by The Driving School. Should this agreement be cancelled under such circumstances, all fees may be pro-rated, based upon hours of services provided prior to cancellation.


COMPLETION CERTIFICATE


The Driving School shall furnish a certificate of completion to all students who successfully complete the online classroom instruction.

8. Restart the device (computer, phone)
