TERMS OF AGREEMENT


Pass Drivers Ed, hereinafter referred to as "The Driving School" agrees to provide applicant, hereinafter referred to as "The Student" with 30 Hours of Online Driver Education.


TUITION


The tuition for said instruction is $99.00


DISMISSAL POLICY


Should it be determined that anyone other than the student has completed any portion of the course, the student will not be allowed to move forward with their course, a certificate of completion will not be issued, and no refund will be given.


REFUND POLICY


The Driving School will not refund any payment or tuition (or part of payment or tuition) if The Driving School is ready, willing, and able to fulfill its part of this agreement.


LENGTH OF TRAINING


The Student is required to complete all available training within six months from the first day of training. If the student does not complete their training within six months, they will have to re-purchase the online course and re-start the training. No refunds will be issued for students who do not complete their course within the required amount of time.


LENGTH OF COURSE ACCESS


The Student’s course access will expire 90 days from beginning the course. If the student does not complete the course in 90 days, their course access will expire and they will be required to purchase a 30-day course extension for $30. You will only be able to purchase an extension if you are within the 6 month training period.  



EXPIRATION OF AGREEMENT


This agreement expires six months from the date the student begins training. If the student does not complete their training within six months, they will have to re-purchase the online course and re-start the training.  


DRIVERS LICENSE NOT GUARANTEED


The Driving School does not guarantee the issuance of a driver's license to the student.

CANCELLATION OF AGREEMENT


The Driving School reserves the right to cancel this agreement at any time, should the Student's conduct indicate a lack of responsibility deemed necessary by The Driving School. Should this agreement be cancelled under such circumstances, no refunds will be given. 


By signing this agreement, The Student confirms that they are at least 14.5 years old.


This agreement constitutes the entire contract between the school and the student, and any verbal assurances or promises not contained herein are not binding on either the school or the student.

Troubleshootng Video Problems


It appears you may be experiencing problems with the video on this page. Before contacting support you may want to try the following troubleshooting steps:

1. Exit the course and log out of the website.

2. Switch internet browsers (like Firefox, Microsoft Edge, Safari)

3. Switch devices (like a mobile phone, laptop, iPad)

5. Visit youtube.com and vimeo.com. If you cannot access the site(s), your device or network may be blocking it.  Adjust your settings to allow the site(s).

6. Refresh the course website, log back in and try the video again.

7. Log out of any Google account by going to google.com directly and explicitly log out of it. (It's possible that you might not even have a tab open to show you are logged in to Google, but you still may be due to how browser cookies work.)

8. Restart the device (computer, phone)

9. If you're using Chrome internet browser, sign out.
