Students may not complete more than 2 hours of online instruction per day.

Students must complete the online course within 90 days. A charge of $25.00 will be assessed to extend the online program beyond 90 days.  

Only the enrolled student is allowed to access and complete online driver education course. 

The school will not refund tuition or part of tuition if the school is ready, willing and able to fulfill its part of the agreement.

It is understood that all road instruction will be given in dual-controlled training cars. 

Throughout the behind the wheel course, the students must have an appointment scheduled with their instructor at all times.  Failure to do this will result in the student having to surrender their permit to the behind the wheel instructor immediately.  

Each future lesson shall be paid for on the proceeding lesson unless paid in full.

A charge will be made for each lesson missed which was not cancelled 24 hours in advance. 


This agreement constitutes the entire contract between the school and student, and no verbal statements or promises will be recognized.
