Course Package Details

Total Package Fee (Teen): $550.00
- Classroom Instruction Only Fee: $190
- Behind-the-Wheel (Teenagers) Fee: $450
- Behind-the-Wheel (Adults) Instruction Fee: $500
  - 6 hours: $500
  - 2 hours: $160

Refund Policy

In the event that the student or the program is unable to complete the instruction:

Before Instruction Begins:
A full refund will be issued, minus a $50 administrative fee.
No Refunds:
The school will not refund tuition or any part thereof if the school is ready and able to fulfill its part of the contract.

Behind-the-Wheel Instruction Policy

During Behind-the-Wheel (BTW) instruction:

Passenger Policy:
Only the student and the instructor will be present in the vehicle unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Vehicle Safety:
All vehicles used are insured and meet the safety standards as required by Minnesota law.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Classroom Sessions:
Students must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule a classroom session.
Failure to do so may result in a $30 rescheduling fee.
Behind-the-Wheel Sessions:
Students must provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a BTW session.
Failure to do so may result in a $50 cancellation fee.

Contract Duration

This agreement is valid for one year from the date of signing or until the student reaches the age of 18, whichever comes first.

Entire Agreement

This agreement constitutes the entire contract between Golden Mile LLC and the student/parent.
No verbal statements or promises will be recognized.

You have the right to refuse to supply the data asked for, however, we will not be able to render the services purchased without this data being provided.
