  1. Students must attend a full 10 hours of classroom instruction. Traditional Classroom instruction and a full 20 hours of Online Classroom Instruction. Traditional Hybrid classes will be held 2 hours per day for a total of 5 days. Students cannot miss any Traditional Hybrid Classes.
  2. Students cannot begin the online portion of the hybrid program until their 10 hours of in person instruction is completed.
  3. Online Classroom students must complete a full 30 hours of online classroom instruction including the final online test. 
  4. Students will have 90 days to complete the online course and may only complete a maximum of 2 hours of course work per day. 
  5. A $25.00 fee will be charged to extend the online course an additional 30 days after the online course has expired. 
  6. Students are only allowed to miss a total of 4 hours of in-person classroom instruction. This includes arriving late or leaving early.  Any in-person classroom instruction missed, must be made up.
  7. Tuition does not cover the cost of lost or damaged textbooks.  Certificates of completion will be withheld pending payment of replacement cost. 
  8. Food/drinks are not allowed in the classroom. 
  9. Behind the Wheel training will consist of a minimum of 6 hours of driving and 6 hours of observation. 
  10. Pick up and drop off for all behind the wheel instruction will be from an Arcade Drivers School classroom or designated high school location. 
  11. The use of cellular phones or other portable devices are prohibited in the classroom and behind the wheel instruction. 
  12. It is understood that all road instruction will be given in dual-controlled training cars with a State of Wisconsin Licensed Driver Education Instructor. 
  13. Throughout the behind the wheel course, students must always have an appointment scheduled with their instructor.  Failure to do so, can result in the student having to surrender their permit to the behind the wheel instruction immediately. 
  14. Each future lesson shall be paid for on the preceding lesson. 
  15. A charge will be made for each behind the wheel lesson which was not cancelled 24 hours in advance.
  16. Students are required to bring their State of Wisconsin temporary instruction permit with them on every behind the wheel lesson. 
  17. Flip flops or other sandals without backs are not allowed to be worn during behind the wheel instruction.
  18. Completion certificates will be electronically submitted to the Department of Transportation through their DEC reporting system.  These certificates will be processed 7-10 business days after completion of the entire course and billing account is current. 
  19. This agreement constitutes the entire contract between the school and student, and no verbal statements or promises will be recognized.
  20. Once a students Temporary Instruction Permit is issued, the first behind the wheel lesson must completed within 60 days of the permit issuance.  
  21. The school will not refund tuition or part of tuition if the school is ready, willing and able to fulfill its part of the agreement.

7. Log out of any Google account by going to google.com directly and explicitly log out of it. (It's possible that you might not even have a tab open to show you are logged in to Google, but you still may be due to how browser cookies work.)

8. Restart the device (computer, phone)

9. If you're using Chrome internet browser, sign out.
