1a. Online-Only Course - All students will complete 30 hours of online instruction.  We will furnish a licensed instructor for all training. *Students have 90 days to complete the course, beginning on the date the course is started. After the 90 days have expired, the school may allow the student access to the course for an additional cost of $­­­­30.00.

1b. Package with Behind-the-Wheel - All students will complete 30 hours of online classroom education as well as 6 hours of behind-the-wheel training and 6 hours of behind-the-wheel observation. We will furnish a licensed instructor for all training. Students have 90 days to complete the course, beginning on the date the course is started. After the 90 days have expired, the school may allow the student access to the course for an additional cost of $30.00.

2.  Lesson Cancellations – If a student cannot make a scheduled behind-the-wheel (BTW) lesson, they may cancel at least 24 hours in advance without a fee. For all lessons cancelled within the 24-hour window, a fee of $35.00 will be charged. The Instructor may cancel a BTW lesson due to weather or other extenuating circumstances. Students will be notified in a timely manner; behind-the-wheel lessons will be rescheduled.

3.  Collections and Refunds – Students and parents agree to pay all reasonable costs and fees incurred by the school for collection of any amounts owed by the student to *Wisconsin Driving School. Returned checks will be charged the original amount plus a fee of $35.00. The school will not refund any tuition or part of tuition if the school is ready, willing and able to fulfill its part of the agreement.

4. Policies for Dismissal - A student may be dismissed from the course at any time for any of the following reasons:

        a. If a student does not meet Wisconsin state requirements for the course.

        b. If a student is found to be cheating at any point during the course.

        c. If an unauthorized person is found to be taking the course on behalf of the student.

Cell phone use or sleeping during behind-the-wheel observation lessons is prohibited. Any activity which may interfere with another student’s learning may cause the student to be dropped from the program, without refund.

5. Agreement Term - This agreement expires one (1) year from the start date of the class.  This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the school and student, and no other verbal statement or promise will be recognized.

6. Refresh the course website, log back in and try the video again.

7. Log out of any Google account by going to google.com directly and explicitly log out of it. (It's possible that you might not even have a tab open to show you are logged in to Google, but you still may be due to how browser cookies work.)

8. Restart the device (computer, phone)

9. If you're using Chrome internet browser, sign out.
