Terms of Agreement

A2Z Driving School Dallas, hereinafter referred to as "The Driving School" agrees to provide applicant, hereinafter referred to as "Student", 6 hours of online classroom instruction based on the State of Texas Program of Organized Instruction for Driver Education and Traffic Safety.

ONLINE COURSE DURATION

This course contains a total of 32 lessons. The total length of the course is 24 hours.

LENGTH OF COURSE ACCESS

Student’s access to the course will expire 90 days from the date that they begin the course. Student will be able to purchase a 30-day course extension for $15.

TERMS OF PAYMENT

Payment is collected at time of registration

TERMINATION POLICY

Should it be determined that anyone other than the student has completed any portion of the course, the student will not be allowed to move forward with their course and a certificate of completion will not be issued.

REFUND POLICY

Student will be issued a full refund if they request the cancellation of this enrollment contract before midnight within three business days of signing this contract. No refunds will be issued if the student has completed or failed the course within this time period. After the 3 business day cancellation period has ended, a student who has not begun, withdraws or is terminated from the course will receive a partial refund based on the number of course hours completed. Course is composed of 6 course hours. Partial refunds will be issued in correlation to the percentage of course hours completed. A $50 administrative fee will be deducted from any refunds issued after the 3 business day cancellation period has ended.

I further realize that any grievances not resolved by the school may be forwarded to the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, Driver Education and Safety, P.O. Box 12157, Austin, Texas 78711, or by facsimile to (512) 463-9468, or electronically to: https://www.tdlr.texas.gov/help/. The current telephone numbers of the department (800-803-9202 or 512-463-6599) shall also be provided.
